Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for daily service. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in preparing ingredients, including slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other sandwich components. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions. Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and dishwashing. Qualifications: Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
