What We're Looking For: We're hiring both full-time and part-time cooks. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, motivated, organized, and have a keen eye for presentation. Responsibilities: Set up and stock your station according to restaurant standards Prepare food in a timely, sanitary, and visually appealing manner Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including walk-ins and storage areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Take direction well and collaborate with kitchen management and team members Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a prep or line cook role preferred Solid knife skills and basic understanding of professional cooking techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain) Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays Able to read and follow basic cooking directions in English Team player who can stay calm and focused during busy shifts Perks: Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities for motivated individuals Work in a positive, professional environment.
