Experienced Barista Manager – Full-Time Position (Silver Lake) (Silver Lake / Los Feliz)

We’re opening a new café/coffee shop in Silverlake and are looking for an experienced barista with management background to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, and passionate about coffee culture with at least 3 years of café management experience. Responsibilities: Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Consistently produce quality espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and juices Maintain a clean and tidy work area; follow health and safety guidelines Light prep work for pastries and other café items Interact with customers regularly and professionally Lead and train barista team; oversee daily café operations Ensure high standards of service and contribute to menu development with modern, trend-aware ideas Qualifications & Requirements: Proven working experience as a barista (minimum 3 years management in a café or coffee shop) Strong knowledge of espresso, matcha, teas, and café operations Ability to consistently produce latte art High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail and quality control Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and team-focused Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Schedule: Full-time, flexible availability required Location: Silverlake, Los Angeles If you’re excited to help shape a new café in Silverlake and bring creative, modern coffee ideas to life, please reply with your resume and a brief introduction.
