Cook and prep-cook

Latitude34 Restaurant is hiring a line cook for dinner service. We are located at the Camarillo premium outlets. 4-5 shifts, approx. 35-40 hours per week. Dinner shift starts at 3:30pm/4pm-1030pm. Must be available weekends including Sundays. Experience cooking steaks and fresh fish required. Work well as a team and show up to work on time. Must be 21 years of age or older. Able to understand English (able to take drink orders when customer comes) Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Bartender position available, fine dining experience required, must be available to work weekends and holidays.
