Hot Gai Llc in San Francisco, CA is looking for an individual to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 3463 16 Th St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items to specification, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring that all food meets quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and a commitment to consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards. Maintain portion control, presentation, and quality across all dishes. Set up, stock, and maintain workstations before, during, and after service. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries properly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure smooth service. Support team members by assisting in other areas of the kitchen when needed. Report equipment or supply issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
