Responsibilities • Craft and present classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and creativity. • Provide warm, engaging, and professional service that enhances the guest experience. • Recommend and upsell beverages, including wines, spirits, and custom cocktails. • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar. • Manage inventory, ensure proper pouring techniques, and adhere to company standards. • Handle transactions efficiently through POS systems while delivering exceptional hospitality. • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale cocktail bars. • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and captivate guests. • Proven upselling skills and a talent for crafting bespoke cocktails. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
