Job description Company Description Chef Society by Hamptons Aristocrat is an innovative Hospitality Group in The Hamptons, NYC, Palm Beach, and Miami. We offer an easy approach to high-end at-home entertaining. We specialize in micro catered events + private chef one time placements, dinner parties, picnics, celebrations, socials, cocktail parties, large scale parties + galas, weddings and brand interactive events. Role Description We are hiring full time AND ad hoc Private Chefs + ad hoc Kitchen Assistants. Full time and ad hoc positions being filled in NYC + Hamptons (must be flexible with location and willing to commute). Ad hoc positions are being filled in Hamptons + South Florida. As a Private Chef OR Kitchen Assistant, you will be given a BEO with specific culinary tasks to be executed in a client's home and will mirror a micro catered event not a traditional private chef gig. This opportunity is different from a traditional private chef gig as there is zero menu planning or coorespondence with the client and all provisions will be provided. Hired chefs/kitchen assistants may start with multiple rates associated with varying ad hoc assignments that have varying experience requirements. Qualifications Prior experience as a Private Chef in HNW homes OR Executive Chef required to be placed as a Private Chef within the company; otherwise, you will be started as a kitchen assistant with the opportunity to be promoted. A kitchen trail is also required prior to placement. Ability to replicate lookbooks Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Clean Must have reliable transportation and some weekend availability Compensation Salaried positions are six figures , ad hoc hourly start at $50 (unless training is necessary) and individuals can work up to $75/hour, BOE and role given ( Kitchen Assistant VS Private Chef VS Meal Prep Chef VS Event Chef). 401K and Health Insurance available.   TITLE: HOUSEKEEPING PAY: $16.35/hr. HOURS: 8:30 am-4:30 pm GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual occupying this position is responsible for providing routine cleaning and upkeep of the facility to which he/she is assigned.  The housekeeper is under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
