Description

We want to introduce you to a new restaurant downtown on Tejon called Latin Social. It features the best of the Mediterranean (focusing on Turkey, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France & Italy). All of our items are made to order. We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef that has a passion for food and a strong desire to continue learning and honing their craft.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others.
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun. Full time position, 40 hours/week, definitely working Fridays and Saturdays. The job requires daily kitchen cleaning duties at the end of each shift. Requirements: -4+ years experience in a fine dining, sit down restaurant -Current Colorado resident -Ability to cook all parts of the line -Excellent knife skills -Attention to detail -Comes to work with a positive attitude -Team player -Must be willing to take feedback, coaching and follow exact recipes.
