Description

The server position at Baba's Pierogies is an all-encompassing job, as a new member of the Baba's Team you should be ready, not only to provide great customer service, but also have a 'go-get-em' attitude, good presentation and cleanliness. Our servers run their own food and keep their tables neat and tidy. We need someone who can be in charge of the floor on their own, but also can work well alongside other team members. Our shifts are solo shifts; hosting, serving, running, and bussing. All the dishes at Baba's are made to order fresh, once you learn about our menu you will be expected to try our food and sell it to the customers. We have confidence in our food and so should our servers, you should be ready to build checks and sell dishes. Server responsibilities also include making Baba's Sauces, we expect our servers to have the determination and skill to follow our recipes exactly and prepare these sauces during the regular shift.
