Back of House - Prep Cook (Missoula)

We’re hiring an experienced Prep Cook to join the kitchen at our fast-paced downtown sandwich and coffee shop. This is a behind-the-scenes but crucial role, the prep cook is the back bone of the kitchen —perfect for someone who loves staying focused, working clean, and keeping the kitchen stocked and running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Handle daily prep: portioning, batch cooking, restocking Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency Maintain organized labeling and storage Track inventory and communicate needs with the team Keep a clean, efficient prep space at all times What We’re Looking For: Previous prep experience required—you should be confident with knives, recipes, and kitchen flow.
