Shifts typically begin Monday through Friday from 11:00am-4:00pm for the morning shift and 4:00pm-9:00pm for the evening shift, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm for the morning shift and 4:00pm-9:00pm for the evening shift. About the Role We're seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership for our Django-based SMS marketing platform. This is a critical role focused on maintaining stability while evolving a high-volume system. This position will build trust as a technical expert while helping the team make great decisions to improve and scale messaging infrastructure.
