With 8 cozy rooms and 36 private cabins, we offer a unique experience. Our Team: Here at FivePine, our staff is like family. We offer encouragement, support, and fun! What You'll Do: Welcome and register guests, manage reservations, answer calls using a multi-line phone system, and provide exceptional concierge services. Be the primary point of contact for guests, whether it’s serving drinks at our evening beer and wine reception or making small deliveries. Utilize your tech skills to keep operations running smoothly and address any challenges that may arise. Create meaningful connections with our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your Schedule: This position is part time, with a base of two shifts per week with potential for increased hours based on business needs and staff requests. Schedules vary during training but most shifts will be 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Regular weekend and holiday availability required. The schedule is created on a monthly basis and is typically available two weeks before the start of each month. Schedule flexibility is essential. What We Offer: Pay: Starting wage of $18.90 per hour. Wage may be evaluated depending on experience. Training: On-the-job training to help you succeed.
