Lucky You Orchards is a 4th generation, certified organic family farm in Ripon, CA. Every fall, our apple orchard becomes a local destination, and we’re looking for warm, reliable, and fun-loving folks to help us welcome guests during our Organic Apple U-Pick season! Whether you're pouring fresh juice, helping families find the best rows to pick from, or serving up sunny vibes for our guest, you’ll play a key role in making our orchard feel like everyone’s favorite weekend tradition. This role is perfect for you if you: Love being outdoors and engaging with people Want meaningful weekend work with delicious perks Are ready to bring good energy and help folks make lasting memories 🍎 Organic Apple Season (Starts Labor Day Weekend – Mid November) Location: Ripon, CA Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8am–3:30pm You’ll greet guests at the check-in stand, help with set-up and clean-up, pour fresh juice, share info about the farm, and keep the energy friendly, educational, and fun. It’s a beautiful day on the farm with a crowd of happy pickers. 🛒 Farmers Market Add-On (Optional, Year-Round) Depending on interest and availability, you may also float into one of our farmers market roles in Modesto (Saturdays) or Livermore (Sundays). Markets involve transporting produce from the farm, setting up the booth, sampling fruit, and connecting with customers. ✅ Your Role Includes: Showing up on time and ready to work with a positive attitude Setting up and breaking down your station with care Educating and engaging guests about our organic apples and fresh offerings Using our Square POS system to ring up and track sales Working closely with a small team to keep things smooth and fun Looking for ways to improve the experience and hit sales goals 🙌 Requirements: 16+ years old Able to lift 40+ lbs over short distances Valid driver’s license (for market staff) Available on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Big plus if you’ve worked in food, ag, or hospitality but not required A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and “let’s do this” energy 💸 Compensation & Perks: $17/hour starting pay with performance review + possible raise after 2 months Opportunity to continue into fall U-Pick or farmers market roles Ready to join the crew?
