Love of baking, finish work, and working with fresh seasonal ingredients are all a must. Work in one of the most beautiful pastry kitchens in the city, a newly built 3,000 square foot pastry commissary at 1138 Sutter. Job Requirements: Those full time positions includes production of daily pastries and desserts, scaling and mixing of doughs, baking and assembling, while maintaining mise en place in a well-organized, clean and safe working environment and cooperating with all members of kitchen team, Early shift and week end availability are required.
