Merriman's Kapalua is Hiring for Line Cooks! Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman’s a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service! Not only do we work with the best ingredients, local farmers and ranchers, we also use the very best cooking techniques and will train! Pay & Benefits: Total Pay of $34-$42 per hour Base Pay: $22-24 based on experience 4% Kitchen Surcharge: $8-$14/hr on top of base pay. 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees. This varies based on business levels.
