Employment Type: Part Time 25 hours a week, can turn into full time position We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Admissions, Marketing, and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, and passionate about education and student engagement. Key Responsibilities: Admissions & Recruitment: Recruit prospective students through outreach, follow-ups, and campus tours Respond to inquiries and guide students through the admissions process Assist with application processing, enrollment, and maintaining student records Support new student orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Marketing & Social Media: Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.) Promote school programs, events, and student success stories Assist in creating digital and print marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, etc.) Update website content and assist with email marketing campaigns Collaborate with staff on outreach strategies and branding efforts Qualifications: Must enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently to complete tasks on time Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with social media and basic marketing tools Must be able to pass a background check To Apply: Please send your resume and required hourly rate
