Collaboration with educators and support staff is encouraged to provide well-rounded assistance. Qualifications • Experience in children's and adult literacy instruction • Tutoring or teaching experience (formal or informal) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to create individualized lesson plans • Coaching skills and patience working with diverse learners • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required • Bilingual a plus (French / Spanish) • Contract role: $20/hour • Part-time, based on demand • Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn location
