Your Role: As a Patient Accounts Representative, you’ll manage critical billing and reimbursement functions, serving as a vital link between patients, providers, and payers. Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness before submission Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve denials Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, balances, and insurance benefits Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance Maintain patient account records with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in healthcare billing or finance preferred At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, collections, or patient accounts Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and reimbursement procedures Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and office software Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive financial and medical information with discretion Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field! Project Coordinator 1
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator 1 position is to provide a high level of coordination support in a wide variety of areas, partnering with construction project management staff. This role will act as a support to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure accurate and efficient project documentation tracking. The Project Coordinator 1 role will also be responsible for maintaining and controlling the billing process and schedules per contract requirements.
