We are seeking dependable Mailroom Support Staff to assist with a temporary high-volume project at a large university in Boston, MA. This onsite role pays $18/hour and runs for 6-8 weeks starting September 6, with weekend hours of Saturdays 9:00 AM-5:30 PM and Sundays 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. The position involves hands-on work moving and organizing packages to ensure timely distribution across campus. Key Responsibilities: Transport packages and mail from the receiving area to mail centers and holding containers Safely lift, carry, and move boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow instructions, safety protocols, and meet deadlines Work quickly and efficiently while standing for extended periods Candidate Qualifications: Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and professional attitude Willingness to commit to the full duration of the assignment Previous mailroom, warehouse, or physical labor experience a plus, but not required Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
