Our client, a financial services firm located in Midtown East, is looking for exceptional temp-to-perm Executive Assistant who is a great organizer and problem-solver. This person should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be a resourceful and proactive professional who can anticipate needs, adapt to evolving priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure. They are the CEO's trusted partner, enabling him to focus on strategic leadership while ensuring seamless management of his day-to-day operations. Hours will be 9:30am-6pm while being in the office Monday through Friday. Permanent salary is up to $140k depending on experience and hourly rate is up to $55/hr during the temp period. Responsibilities: Begin the day by reviewing the CEO's schedule, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring all materials are ready for meetings. Manage last-minute calendar changes or emergencies with ease and professionalism. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO to investors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clarity. Analyze contracts, highlighting critical terms and potential risks for the CEO's review. Research and present solutions for specific projects or products the CEO is exploring, negotiating for the best quality and value. Collaborate with teams to follow up on projects, ensure deliverables are completed, and provide updates to the CEO. Attend meetings with the CEO, take thorough notes, and create actionable follow-up plans. Track team performance and deadlines, ensuring all questions or needs directed to the CEO are addressed promptly. Prepare and edit investor reports, ensuring data accuracy and a professional presentation. Coordinate travel logistics, including creating detailed itineraries and contingency plans. Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed, maintaining solution-oriented approach.
