OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Service Writer. As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Service Writer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service experiences and maintaining strong client relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their service needs Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their service requirements Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the service calendar effectively Provide clear and accurate estimates for services and communicate pricing information transparently to customers Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and maintain workflow efficiency Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or maintenance needed Contacting part companies for the part with the best price and quickest delivery time Maintain organized records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4-years of previous experience in service writing for the automotive industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software (e.g., Mitchell, AllData) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits: Competitive hourly wage starting at $25 Commission opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm Saturday: 8am-2pm If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
