Construction Company is seeking a Full-Time Crew Dispatch Lead Clerical Skills: - Excellent written and oral communication skills to achieve any goal - Must have the ability to communicate to STRONG Personalities - Verizon Connect GPS Knowledge - QuickBooks Knowledge - Deputy Knowledge - Review and Assistance of Weekly Payroll Processing - Highly Organized, detail oriented &; Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Scheduling - Lead weekly safety meetings - Daily Site Visits - Weekly Material Orders - Fuel Log Management - Must have the ability to self-audit work - Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint - Internet Proficient, Computer Savvy Education/Certifications/Experience: - Associate Degree or better - MUST have a valid driver's license and own form of transportation. - Notary Public is a plus - Prior Experience in Construction Industry is a MUST - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must maintain professional demeanor, have abilities to multi-task, be proactive, detail-oriented, result driven & team player!
