FRONT DESK / SALES COORDINATOR As our Front Desk / Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, shaping unforgettable experiences and guiding them toward our exclusive memberships. As Front Desk / Sales Coordinator, you’ll bring these values to life—communicating with impact, building authentic connections, and making every guest feel truly valued and heard. Responsibilities: • Build relationships with guests during their spa visit. • Qualify and nurture guests thru a memorable experience. • Manage the scheduling of guests. • Offer the guest a spa membership during checkout. • Prepare in-depth notes on all guests. • Track and update client interactions, ensuring clean data. • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to front desk membership sales. • Add to our 5000+ Five Star Reviews by asking guests to leave a Review before leaving. • Be a Role Model for the other front desk team members thru your success and excellence. Requirements: • Background in Sales (1-2 years) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Extremely organized. • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time. • Excellent at building rapport. • Open to growing rapidly. Schedule: • 5 days per week / Full time. • Must be able to work on weekends. Compensation: • $22 per hour. • $30-$50 in commissions for each membership sold.
