The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting in the financial record-keeping of the company. As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will: Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Match receiving documentation with backup and post matching invoices. Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements. Assist in month-end closing by providing accurate accounts payable reports.
