1 Make disposal appointments as needed - from monitoring the board 2 Dispatch drivers and prepare the Dispatch sheet 3 Create manifests as needed for all PMs 4 Make sure that drivers know when their EQ is being repaired (either OTR or in yard) 5 Manage new truck assignments (permit books, fire ext, walk arounds, schedule details) 6 Make sure that all changes in the board are approved and communicated to all shippers/receivers by email 7 Oversee all load clearance procedures by email 8 Route drivers and note layover locations on productivity sheet; compare layover locations v actual layover locations and REPORT by email +/- miles (make sure MR is aware by email) 9 Daily driver tracking (ending city, state, miles for previous days) **anyone with <600 miles per day should be discussed.
