Entry-Level Administrative Billing Assistant (Collegeville) We are a behavioral health practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Entry-Level Administrative Billing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their career in healthcare administration. You’ll receive on-the-job training to support accurate billing, insurance claim submission, and other essential administrative tasks. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a supportive team—we’d love to hear from you! Enter and process claims daily (primary and secondary) electronically and via paper when needed Post payments Review and resolve rejected claims Conduct accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up with insurers and patients; take timely actions to secure payments Generate and mail patient statements Verify insurance coverage for new and existing clients Obtain and manage insurance authorizations when needed Act as a billing resource for staff, patients, and payers regarding insurance and payment processes Maintain clear communication with front desk staff, clinicians, and leadership regarding billing updates Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends) Requirements A High School Diploma Comfortable with computer systems (training provided on our platforms) Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Prior office or customer service experience Benefits $16- $18 hr pending experience Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends) Paid time off Paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) plan (eligible after 1 year) PPC is an equal-opportunity employer.
