We are a mental health counseling office seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative assistant to assist with tasks related to the billing department. Experience is not necessary training will be provided. Starting rate: $20 per hour, with room for an increase after 3–6 months Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (option to end at 4:00 PM on Fridays after 6 months) Responsibilities include: Assisting with insurance verifications and checking patient benefits Following up on insurance claims and maintaining proper documentation Data entry and updating records Supporting billing-related tasks as needed Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication and time management skills Ability to multitask and take initiative
