Job description Heavy machinery repair shop looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and must be capable of changing and juggling tasks seamlessly. Responsibilities: Manage phone calls and correspondence Receiving/Processing incoming vehicles for repair Processing daily time cards Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) Prior experience in a repair shop or similar industry recommended but not required.
