Must‑Haves • 1+ year in dispatch/scheduling or fast‑paced coordination role. • Calm, friendly phone skills and strong problem‑solving under time pressure. • Solid Excel/Google Sheets; quick to learn routing/dispatch and GPS apps. • Detail‑driven and reliable; able to juggle multiple priorities. • Pass BCI/FBI background check and drug screen. Nice‑to‑Haves • Experience with ADA/senior transportation or healthcare coordination. • Familiarity with payroll basics (W‑2 vs 1099), QuickBooks/ADP/Gusto. • CRM experience (Airtable/HubSpot/spreadsheets) and calendar management.
