This is a commission-only role focused on securing off-market multifamily deals at significant discounts. About the Role * Target Properties: Multifamily apartments, 30–500 units * Market: One specific metro area where you have local insight and connections * Direct Approach: Engage directly with property owners to find and negotiate off-market deals—no brokers * Compensation: Commission only, paid per deal closed, with substantial earning potential based on the discounts you secure Responsibilities * Reach out directly to apartment owners in your designated market to source off-market deals at substantial discounts. * Build and nurture relationships directly with sellers to negotiate favorable terms—no brokers involved. * Stay informed on local market trends to pinpoint the best opportunities. * Present high-value, vetted deals to our acquisitions team for final review.
 Ideal Candidate * Experienced in direct-to-seller negotiations, ideally in the multifamily sector. * Strong local market knowledge and a network of potential sellers. * Self-driven and entrepreneurial, thriving on a commission-only structure.
