Hi! I'm a full time realtor in the Richmond district in San Francisco. I regularly have listing in the area and need various help from time to time. Work involves partly errands in the neighborhood, making keys, and checking on homes as well as remote work such as coordinating appointments with trades people, research and data base entry. A real estate license is optional, though there may be opportunity for more work such as hosting open houses, or showing properties. Professional appearance will be necessary at times as occasionally you may interact with my clients. looking for one energetic, well rounded person to take on some of the tasks I don't have time for! If you have an interest in real estate, that certainly is a plus. And I'm happy to give you tips of success in real estate if interested. Pay will be according to the hours worked. $35/Hour to start.
