Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Job description: We're Hiring: Loan Officer / Account Executive Location: In-person | Carl Place, NY Swift Capital LLC, a fast-growing private lending firm specializing in hard money, DSCR, new construction, and ground-up multifamily loans, is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious Loan Officer / Account Executive to join our team in Long Island. Swift Capital has a strong track record, with over $80 million in originated loans, and is actively seeking opportunities to expand its portfolio. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we provide on-site training, high-quality leads, and the tools you need to succeed in one of the most dynamic sectors of real estate finance. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong client relationships with real estate investors and brokers Work leads provided by the company and leverage your own personal network Stay proactive, confident, and positive in your communication style Learn how to source new business, structure deals, and guide borrowers from application to closing Leverage CRM tools to track activity, follow-ups, and communication Work closely with in-house support to ensure smooth closings What We’re Looking For: Experience in private lending, mortgage, or real estate finance (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a sales-driven mindset CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Ability to work full-time, in-office, and thrive in a team setting Commission-only position with unlimited earning potential Why Swift Capital?
