Role Description As part of the Northstrand internship program, we cover all costs and personally guide you through obtaining your California real estate license. This includes the full education and testing process. Northstrand Group is seeking a full-time Real Estate Associates/Interns to join our team on-site in our Skyline View office overlooking Brentwood. This role focuses exclusively on the sales side of our business, offering a rare opportunity to learn the systems, strategies, and client-service techniques that drive success in luxury real estate. The intern will assist with lead generation and client outreach, property research, sales reporting, and client communications, while supporting the team’s active listings and buyer pipelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prospective applicant's must be comfortable making lead generating phone calls. Qualifications Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, confident phone presence Strong interpersonal abilities and comfort initiating conversations with clients and new contacts Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail Ability to analyze market data and contribute to pricing or valuation discussions Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
