Description

This is not a typical desk job. All of our employees are active participants in our shop and processes. We manufacture our own components for custom products in a very unique industry. We are looking to speak with entry to individuals trained in Accounting, Controller, or Bookkeeping familiar with construction and manufacturing industry standards. Work as an integral part of our team utilizing cost accounting to refine methods and streamline production. Establish protocol for quarterly reporting to accounting firm for taxes. Work with staff estimators to complete comparative cost analyses. Aid Project Managers with purchasing. Prepare managerial accounting reports for Budget Analysis. AP/AR, daily Bookkeeping. Work with staff to maintain inventory and assets. Expertise in EXCEL and ERPNext or similar ERP required. An interest in Python a plus.
