Job Title: CNC Setup Technician – Star CNC Only (Full-Time or Part-Time) Compensation:$24.00–$29.00 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (W-2) Experience Required:Must have 3+ years setting up Star CNC Swiss machines Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM We are a precision CNC machine shop serving the aerospace and industrial sectors. We are hiring a CNC Setup Technician with direct experience setting up Star CNC Swiss-type lathes. Please do not apply unless you have hands-on setup experience with Star CNC machines. This is a W-2 position, available full-time or part-time. Tools are provided. Responsibilities: * Set up and dial in Star CNC Swiss-type lathes * Load programs, adjust tooling and offsets, and run first articles * Perform in-process inspections * Read blueprints and engineering drawings * Communicate with operators and team * Maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements: * 3+ years of Star CNC setup experience required * Must understand tooling, offsets, inspection tools * Able to read blueprints and use calipers/micrometers * Must be reliable and independent * Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods * W-2 position only (no outside contractors) * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule: * Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM * Full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hrs/week) * On-site in Bell Gardens, CA * Tools provided How to Apply: Reply with your name, contact info, and a brief summary of your Star CNC setup experience.
