Wisdom of the Earth, a unique essential oils company based in Cornville, is seeking a versatile Office Associate to support a variety of administrative and fulfillment tasks. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being an integral part of a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. What You'll Do Your main focus will be on order fulfillment and shipping:  Pulling and verifying essential oils from our on-site stock inventory  Coordinating with the team to double-check each order  Packing products with care to ensure safe delivery  Ensuring that the correct shipping label is applied  Logging all shipping activity for the day  Delivering completed packages to the Cornville Post Office (just down the road) You’ll also support a range of office tasks, including:  Ordering shipping and packing supplies  Learning our order placement and filing system and helping with customer service when needed What We're Looking For We are a team-oriented, cooperative office—everyone pitches in where needed. To perform well in this role, you’ll need to bring:  Strong attention to detail, including office tasks and personal habits like punctuality and excellent attendance record  Focus...a "must" in an open office setting; able to be congenial without becoming so talkative that it disrupts others  A friendly and professional demeanor  Organizational skills and a willingness to learn  Comfort working around essential oils  Physical ability to move packages, carry mail baskets, and use a step ladder if/when needed  A reliable personal vehicle for short post office runs Dress the Part Your attire should be comfortable enough for physical tasks, yet polished enough to greet occasional visitors and customers. As a Personal Lines Insurance Service Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned Personal Lines accounts in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations Provides a high level of support to our Client Relationship Management staff including: Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions Order and follow up on policy change endorsements including review for accuracy Check incoming policy change endorsements, and if accurate, forward to insured Update client data in our Agency Management System Manage small book of business Check policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy. Prepare policies delivery to clients. Maintain an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response Input/maintain data on account management system, download and ancillary systems as required. Cross Training on processes and systems as needed QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in insurance services or a professional business environment. P&C insurance license or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment Prior Personal Lines experience preferred but not required Superior customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written English communication skills Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems Ability to work and contribute to a positive team environment Organizational skills required and high attention to detail essential Must be available to work in the office during regular business hours: M - F 8AM-5PM

Following up on estimates. 3. **Dispatching Technicians**: Assigning jobs to plumbing technicians based on their skills and expertise, ensuring efficient use of resources. 4. **Tracking Job Progress**: Monitoring the status of service calls and ensuring that technicians are on schedule. 5. **Handling Emergencies**: Prioritizing urgent service requests and dispatching technicians quickly to address emergencies. 6. **Maintaining Records**: Keeping accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job completions. 7. **Coordinating with Techs**: Communicating with techs for parts and equipment needed for specific jobs. Make sure notes are entered if waiting on parts or equipment to do the job. 8. **Managing Invoicing and Payments**: Assisting with billing procedures and ensuring that payment is collected for services rendered. 9. **Reporting and Analysis**: Analyzing service data to improve efficiency and customer Satisfaction. 10.**Update your knowledge on Housecall Pro**: Must be always watching videos and learning through Housecall Pro app database.
