Come join our team! Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 an hour Job Description As an Armed Driver Guard, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables. Responsibilities Drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations Service ATMs and Smart Safes Service customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up deposits. Load/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coins Count items, record, and sign for cargo items Other duties as assigned by management Requirements At least 21 years of age At least a 3 year driving record Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examiners A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements may be required  **     Loomis will pay for security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting.  Working Conditions Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend work Approximately 90-95 percent of work performed in air-conditioned vehicle within individual compartments (front and rear) Essential Duties/Job Qualifications  As part of the qualification process for the Armed Driver Guard position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. SUMMARY: This position creates difficult to very complex CNC Programs and setups for the CNC machine shop area according to the needs of the master production schedule. This is a full-time, 1st shift position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Interfaces with Design Engineers and project managers to maintain current and best programming/machining practices Updates, revises and produces programs, tool lists and job set-up sheets for machine shop. Works closely with machine operators, fabrication personnel, project managers and other machine programmers to ensure that programs are made to run as smooth and efficiently as possible. Reads and interprets intermediate to complex drawing and blueprint packages. Independently evaluates requirements for complex jobs and generates CNC programs and cut lists for complex jobs for all Processing machines. Independently processes complete, complex job packages through planning and programming, while also demonstrating efficient use of labor and materials. Creates and edits ERP Structures and Routings. Utilizes Mastercam, CAD and other software to edit, draw, and design complex parts for programming. Provides post processes support Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Degree or certification from college or technical school in the field of computer-aided design and drafting preferred At least 5 years' programming experience for CNC machines Must fully understand the process of machining. Programs written must make parts to print in a timely manner. Prior work history or knowledge of machining programming and “g-code” is crucial to understanding how to program. Ability to “hand program” on the machine itself to help operators. Must be familiar with FANUC base machines, Haas controls and Heidenhain control programming. SKILLS and ABILITIES: The ability to generate, read, and interpret drawings. One must have the fundamental knowledge and skills associated with machining. General knowledge of fabrication processes and welding is desired. One must possess strong computer knowledge and be familiar with standard desktop software including GlobalShop ERP, AutoCad, and be extremely proficient in MasterCam 2026. One must be able to create drawings using blueprints to program from, create programs using IGES files and solid models, and know how to select the proper cutting tools for the part and/or material to be cut.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of machining processes, the ability to generate, read, and interpret complex drawings, and a strong capability in both manual and CNC machining, including programming and coding. Key Responsibilities: - Perform complex machining operations on various machines such as Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC with minimal or no supervision. - Demonstrate strong lathe experience and engage in prototype machining, research and development, and reverse engineering tasks. - Utilize both manual machines and CNC machines, and apply conversational programming and CNC coding skills. - Set up and adjust machine controls and offsets, and monitor operations to detect and resolve malfunctions. - Periodically inspect parts during runs and after completion to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. - Perform preventative maintenance practices on machines - Process all paperwork in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. - Monitor job costing to ensure machining remains within acceptable limits relative to estimates. - Lead and mentor team members, promoting a positive attitude and teamwork. - Read and understand complex machining blueprints, and write simple machining programs on various controllers. - Ensure familiarity with base machines and apply prior machining and programming knowledge effectively. Qualifications Required Education: HS Diploma, GED or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of related machine shop experience and/or training equivalent. Required Experience: - Prior work history or knowledge of setting up and running CNC machines - Able to read and understand complex machining blueprints - Able to write simple machining programs on several different controllers Preferred Experience: - Sets-up and runs complex machining operations on the Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC - Observes machine operation to detect malfunctions, adjust machine controls, and offsets with minimal or no supervision. - Ability to do prototype machining, R&D, and reverse engineering - Experience with manual machines, CNC machines, conversational programming, and CNC coding
