Qualifications / Requirements: • Flux Core or MIG welding experience. • An ability to train in all aspects of heavy structural steel welding and fabrication, with the primary use of Flux Core processes in welding operations. • GMC trains employees extensively, so eagerness, energy, and desire to build a career are most important, and result in opportunities and advancement. • 10 hour shifts (M-F) with some 8 hour Saturday shifts are common, and a shift incentive is paid to the select employees working on GMC’s 2nd Shift.
