I’m a local real estate agent looking for a creative part-time videographer to help me capture consistent, high-quality social media content mainly home tours and short lifestyle clips. What you’ll do: • Film basic home tours (60-120seconds) and short 5–7 second clips for Instagram/TikTok/Reels. • Use an iPhone with a gimbal (required). • Drone footage is a plus (but not required). • Join me for shoots about once a week (flexible scheduling). • Editing skills are a bonus, but not required — main focus is filming clean, steady, professional-looking content. What I’m looking for: • Some experience filming real estate, lifestyle, or event content. • An eye for framing and capturing homes in their best light. • Reliable, creative, and easy to work with. • Owns or has access to an iPhone gimbal (and drone if possible). Compensation: Hourly/Per shoot — based on experience.
