Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management. • Prior experience managing an on-site account or large contingent workforce strongly preferred. • Strong ability to recruit, interview, and onboard candidates at scale. • Proven track record of managing 50+ employees effectively. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse teams and leadership. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Resourceful problem-solver with conflict resolution experience. • Flexibility to work extended hours based on operational needs. You'll be reporting directly to our Head Baker and will have the support of an Assistant Baker during your shift. Responsibilities Mix, proof, boil, and bake bagels according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistent quality and output for daily bakery service and wholesale orders.
