Structural Civil Engineer and Architect needed to draw up plan for a residential renovation. Two story home 1324 sqft. Need Plans to be drawn up to get a renovation permit approve by the city of LA. Project is in 90042 highland park area. Pay: Architect plan $3000 Structural Engineer to do all the calculation and stamp the architect plan $4000 Must have a valid P.E. (Professional Engineer) stamp or have access to one from an associate. Experience reviewing and stamping residential remodel plans for permit submission. Ability to work with architect’s plans and check them for structural integrity and code compliance. Ability to provide timely revisions if needed, so we can submit plans without delays. Have experience working in LA building codes.

Summary: Seeking a skilled Project Manager (life cycle PM) to support the delivery of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP and/or non-CIP projects. Responsible for managing projects throughout all phases of a project, including, but not limited to, business case development for project initiation, study, design, construction, procurement, operations turnover and project closeout. Our LaBella safety team provides safety management services and training to clients for all industries and markets. This position would report to our Latham, NY safety manager. This safety position is highly dynamic and requires long term travel assignments. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with our client's management team, safety staff and labor to assure on-site safety compliance.
