Position Overview The Construction Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for both preconstruction estimating and hands-on project management. This dual role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and budgets for drywall, acoustical, and related scopes of work. Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing. Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, procurement, RFI's and subcontractor coordination. Track project progress, budgets, and change orders while maintaining strong client communication. Collaborate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Drywall & Acoustical construction estimating and/or project management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Proficiency with On Center Software estimating software (On Screen Take-Off & Quick Bid) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
