PART TIME - HOUSEKEEPER/HELPER for 4 short term rentals 1 to 2 days wk (ANN ARBOR)

Ann Arbor Guesthouses, in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and across from Kerrytown Shops, is seeking a second housekeeper for these 4 properties on a very part-time basis. We book through Airbnb and VRBO as well as our own website www.annarborguesthouses.com. The average pay is $25 per hour (or around $75 per cleaning for 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clean). Currently we need help on Sundays and one other day during the week/weekend (we are flexible). You will work mostly between the hours of 11 am – 4 pm. These duplex apartments (we call them Guesthouses) are 5-Star properties, and you need to have an eye for detail and enjoy working in beautiful spaces. Our laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers located in one of the property’s lower level. Parking available at each location. If you enjoy flexibility and being your own boss (1099 Independent Contractor), want to pick up extra income, and enjoy cleaning beautiful guesthouses, this may be a great way to pick up extra $ for Christmas. Your skills/abilities: -Ability to be on your feet for up to 5 hours a day and perform various activities such as frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting. -Can clean (sweep, mop, dust, wash and make beds, clean kitchens and bathrooms, sweep porches, carry out trash), etc. and do light maintenance such as replace lightbulbs, tighten screws, occasional oven cleaning, etc. - Have an eye for detail and be able to set up after cleaning for guests (fluff pillows, straighten paintings, silverware drawers, keep shelves straight in kitchen, etc). - Have drivers license and vehicle We are looking for an energetic, dependable and self-motivated individual to be part of our team with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality performance to keep our 5-Star, SuperHost status with guests and Airbnb.
