What You’ll Do Provide high-quality residential cleaning services Treat every home with respect and attention to detail Communicate clearly with clients and teammates Requirements (non-negotiable) 1 year of professional cleaning experience Pet friendly Reliable car and valid driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Knowledge of cleaning products and safe use best practices Smartphone for scheduling and GPS check-in Responsibilities Drive to residential houses and clean in a team Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and floors Sanitize surfaces and handle cleaning products safely and effectively Provide consistent, high-quality service in homes and commercial settings Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service Work independently and as part of a team to meet client expectations Skills Proven professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) Strong knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation, and safety protocols Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Solid customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Experience with floor care and carpet cleaning is a plus Join our team and help us create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for every client.
