Looking for maintenance technician for apartment complex in Okmulgee, OK. Previous experience in maintenance, make-ready, light plumbing, electrical, etc is preferred. Must pass background/credit and have tools and transportation. Salary negotiable based on experience. Insurance available. On call rotation required.
