Additional Qualifications 2+ years of IT or field technician experience (security industry preferred, but not required). Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and Windows environments. Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and basic query skills. Experience with access control or video management systems a plus. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel locally to client sites; valid driver’s license required. Ability to lift and mount equipment when needed (up to 50 lbs).
