This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 - 12 month engagement with an annualized salary of $120,000 - $150,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role. We are seeking skilled Cable Technicians for a large-scale installation project. This role involves installing, terminating, and testing Cat6 Ethernet cabling, wireless access points, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with structured cabling systems and be comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Install, remove, and test Cat6 Ethernet cabling and wireless access points. • Pull, terminate, and label Cat6 lines according to project specifications. • Complete cable runs across large facilities (over 286,000 feet of cable). • Perform cable installation for approximately 586 feet of new runs. • Terminate and test 479 cable endpoints. • Ensure all terminations meet industry standards for quality and performance. • Work with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards. • Document installation work and provide updates to project supervisors. ⸻ Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Cable Technician or Installer (Cat6 and structured cabling). • Knowledge of cable pulling, termination, and testing methods. • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces if required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ⸻ Contract Details: • Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE). • Schedule: 40 hours per week (overtime after 40 hours). • Shift: Overnight, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM. • Duration: 9-month contract role. • Project Size: 286,000 feet of cable; 586 feet of installation; 479 termination points. • Start Date: 9/8/25 Beginning December, transitioning to a 24x7 facility. ⸻ Work Environment: • Large-scale convention center environment. • Overnight shifts with exposure to varying conditions indoors and on-site. • Collaborative team-based project with strict timelines.

Symmetrio is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers to support a major enterprise network transformation initiative for our customer, a large government organization. This role centers on the implementation of Juniper MX960 routers and the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This role will involve leading high-impact cutovers and migrations in a production environment, contributing to both hands-on implementation and network architecture design across a multi-overlay fabric. This is a hybrid position based out of Philadelphia, salary is in the 110-150k range. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-scale Juniper router migrations (MX960 platform). Design and validate EVPN/VXLAN architectures with multiple overlays to ensure scalability, performance, and redundancy. Collaborate closely with the customer’s Network Engineering team to achieve seamless integration with minimal disruption during migrations. Configure, test, and deploy Junos OS across MX and EX platforms in production environments. Provide expert-level guidance on the migration from MC-LAG to EVPN, including design validation, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, cutover strategies, and post-migration processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Juniper routing, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols. Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical events. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or large data center environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper MX and EX platforms. Strong knowledge of core routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF. Proficiency with Junos OS configuration and troubleshooting in production environments. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale router replacement or network migration projects. Familiarity with EVPN design, deployment, and operations.
