As a Senior Developer, this position will work with a growing team on innovative and leading-edge solutions with our Video Entertainment Team.  You will join an existing motivated and productive development team who is delivering enterprise-level solutions related to delivery and playback of Hollywood content.  Swank works closely with major Hollywood studios in providing leading edge solutions for content consumption. This position is responsible for upholding the values and mission of the Information Technologies Department, this includes the establishment of customer service and satisfaction standards. Communication and understanding of customer objectives and our progress toward fulfilling these objectives is paramount to the success of this role. This position will work in a team environment using a variety of technologies for building leading edge solutions for both internal, as well as customer-facing media playback solutions.  Solutions employ advanced video security techniques including forensic watermarking, Digital Rights Management (DRM) and encryption. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a specialization in Matillion, SSIS, Azure DevOps, and ETL processes. This role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL jobs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient data processing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Matillion ETL jobs in accordance with project requirements. Collaborate with the Data and BI team to understand data integration needs and translate them into Matillion ETL solutions. Create and modify Python code/components in Matillion jobs. Identify opportunities for performance optimization and implement enhancements to ensure efficient data processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of ETL processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Matillion ETL jobs, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team. Create, test, and deploy SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) packages and schedule them via Active Batch scheduling tool. Create Matillion deployment builds using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline and perform release manager activities. Review code of other developers (L2, L3-BI/DI) to ensure code standards and provide approval as part of code review activities. Resolve escalation tickets from the L2 team as part of the on-call schedule. Working knowledge of API and Postman tool is an added advantage. We are a Sports team dealer that supplies uniforms and apparel to the New England Schools / Colleges / Universities. This person would be responsible for packing up the orders taken on our online stores and shipping to either the residential or School address. It entails pulling the individual orders from the order forms, neatly folding and boxing / bagging orders to ship out. Attention to detail and neatness is a must. You would be on your feet and moving around most of the time. Work area is clean and quiet to work in. The hours could fluctuate day to day, week to week. Willing to work with your schedule. You would also make up boxes and keep the Web packing area prepped and ready to go. Great Job for someone looking to make some money but not having to be 40 hours a week.
