Key Responsibilities: Assist with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions This position requires daily attendance in our Charlotte, NC office. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required Benefits Average first-year income range: $30,000 - $50,000+ (Base Salary + Bonuses) Medical and Mental Health Benefits Paid vacation and holidays Access to the latest technology, such as laptops, smartphones, and tablets A robust social program filled with events and activities
