The menu changes on a regular basis based around what is available from the market, keeping our servers and guests constantly seeing changes with the season. The right candidate for a server position here at Mercato loves food, wine, and their community. Our service team are allowed to use their great personalities paired with the knowledge we entrust to them to create an overall experience that keeps people coming back time and time again. Our servers work really hard, and their tip average reflects that on top of a $7.25/hourly rate, no $2.13 here. We are a tip pool based restaurant meaning that team-work is essential for the success of our servers.
